Dannie was facing the issue of mould and Damp and there was a requirement for the Chemicals to be treated. This issue became the cause of his death.

He was in good condition

Before the death of Dannie, he made a statement in which he and other members of the Council were under pressure from Council management to deal with widespread mould and damp with a tight turnaround. When the case went to the court, it was found that the demands of the Council were for quick completion, and it was decided that employees would get the bonus within 2 days so that they could complete the work in one shift. This work pressure also led him not take rest and work a lot.

Despite having the risk of health concerns of treating mould and Damp Dannie asked his manager to carry on work and said that he was right.

Another investigation suggests that the brother of Dannie's fall was in great shape, but he might also have some other potential risk regarding his health because of the workplace. Paul also said that the first employee of the Council was aged about 17 years, and particularly adores working with people of older age. Moreover, he found out that the elderly people are not less than a duty and they need care.

A colleague of Dannie, Keith Charles, also appreciated him for his late work ethic with the colleagues and said that his cause of death was A lot of shock among decorators and the painters of Hackney.

In the statement of witness that was red at the time of hearing Mr Charles say that workers who are working there has a lot of risk to deal with mould and damn and sometimes they have to work on covering the wall of 30 M. He for the said that the workplace does not have good ventilation, equipment are also very old and risk assessments are not done on property because of repairs. Mr Charles said that since the multiple help issues were because of the problem of structure, their job is only to paint over, not to cure the people.

Another senior officer of the happening Council, when he heard about these things, then he said that he always encourages the workers to utilise PP for the treatment of mould and damn however, it depends on the operator to utilise this. Assistant director for maintenance and repairs name Lindsay Mathews, disputed with the workers and said that they have Expectations to carry out the quick fixes.

She also confirmed that the work of Dannie was predominantly tackling moulds and dams since the law of Awaab is also going to affect which need issues of hazards like moles and dams need to be fixed immediately. However, it was also claimed that he held the redeployment decline.  Miss Mathew also highlighted that employees need to continue mandatory safety and health training around the issues, and there should be monitoring of employees as well.

One of the good people

The corner also pointed out that Mr Rhoden had to face the issue of breathlessness that led him to go to the hospital, but because of not having any person present, there is conditions got worse.

According to the statement of Dannie's brother Paul, no one can undo the death of Dannie; however, there are multiple issues on the working side, and many workers are evidence of the sites.  Particularly, the issue of mould in properties is managed and owned by hackney that's why does the responsibility for it.

Then he must be a good person among those guys; he remained always happy and positive to assist other people; however, nobody knew what was going to happen to him and how poorly he was treated.

The influence of Dannie’s death on the family of other people is not explainable. It is the worst thing for every father to bury his son; that's why people should do some small, comfortable things for other people so that they can get rid of this sorrowful situation.
