American singer Taylor Swift just proved that she is a number-one fan of Travis Kelce, an American football tight end, after using her influence to give his career a boost.
The “Lover’’ singer gave a big statement after Travis publicly launched their relationship after two years of togetherness.
The “Happy Gilmore 2’’ was like a dream come true moment for Travis, although he appears only in a few scenes in the movie, the singer wants everyone to see his movie.
Taylor uploaded a story on her social media Instagram account on which she urged her followers to go and watch the Travis movie, which was directed by Adam Sandler.
Taylor posts a promotional poster of the movie along with a caption in which she writes that the movie had her crackling and cheering; it was a must-watch movie. She rated the movie 13/10 and also requested her fans to watch the movie on @Netflix as soon as they can.
In his podcast “New Heights’’ Travis admitted that he can do anything to be in a sequel to “Happy Gilmore’’ to his co-host and brother, Jason Kelce. Travis stated that he doesn’t even know if there was a job opening.
He added that he can do anything extra in order to get around the “Happy Gilmore 2’’ and Adam Sandler film or set. He can do whatever in a movie just to be a part of it in any way possible he can.
After his wish was fulfilled, this all seemed like an experience that lived up to his expectations.
Travis stated in an interview earlier this year on “The Pat McAfee Show’’ that when he was working with Happy Gilmore himself, the Sandman, and Happy Productions, it was an off-chart experience.
Travis added that he felt like he was working with the Andy Reid of the acting world. Adam is equally cool off-screen as he looks on-screen.
The appearance of Travis on “Happy Gilmore 2’’ was confirmed last August when Adam Sandler appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’’.
Sandler stated that Travis mentioned, so they got something nice for him as he’s going to appear in a show. Kelce is a nice guy, and everyone will love him in real life. He is a big and handsome guy who is cool, funny and stud.
Adam looks like a fan of Travis because he describes him as a great actor and a good human. Sandler also admits that Kelce reminds him of his childhood friends.
In “Entertainment Tonight’’ Adam states that Travis is a gentle and nice guy, and he is like a guy Adam grew up with. When he is with Travis, it reminds him of his school buddies, like they just laugh and say the things they want.
Travis not only appeared on-screen for “Happy Gilmore 2’’ but he reportedly got a role in “Loose Cannons,’’ which was an action and comedy film produced by Chad Stahelski; his credits include the ‘’John Wick’’ films.
He also landed on the small screen in Ryan Murphy’s FX TV series “Grotesquerie’’ and as the host of Prime Video’s show “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity.”
The football fans of Travis don`t need to worry as he is not thinking about quitting. Kelce said in a January Press conference that he doesn’t have a reason to stop playing football, and he loves playing it.
The footballer further added that he still believes that success comes with the right mindset, he loves challenges because challenges want him to try his best, and he doesn’t want to stop soon.
